1. What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes ranging from XS to XL for most of our items. Size availability may vary depending on the product. Please refer to our size guide for more details.
2. How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the best fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us for personalized assistance.
3. Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes! Some of our limited-edition or upcoming collections are available for pre-order. Pre-order item dates are estimated arrival times for when stock is expected at our warehouse. Please note that these dates may change due to unforeseen shipping delays, however, we will make effort to contact you if your order is going to be delayed. All pre-order items will be shipped within 24 hours of stock arrival.
4. Can I cancel or modify a pre-order?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes or cancel your order. If once you receive your order and wish to return it, please reach out to hello@reccucy.com and they will accommodate your request.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

Pre-order items will ship based on the date listed in the product description.
7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.You can also track your order directly on our website.

11. Do you offer gift cards?
